I lost my rock yesterday. Stan has been there for me for over 36 years and now he's gone. It went way too fast. He always only wanted the best for me and he made it possible for me to do the things that make me happy in life. I only wish I could have/would have done more for him.
As I sit here sobbing, I can't believe that you are alone, Becky. I just met both of you, but we both felt so welcome. My thoughts are with you and your family, and let me know if I could do anything to ease your pain.
Becky I am just shocked. That was way too fast indeed. You lost a great friend and partner,b ut remember you have many friends here willing to help in any way that we can. Hang in there my friend. Hugs and prayers.
Becky -- I only know you and Stan though the website and Caring Bridge. I can only imagine the grief you are dealing with right now. Please accept my sympathy at this time of your loss. Sending you a hug too. "When those you love become a memory, that memory becomes a treasure"
Oh Becky, I am shocked and saddened by your terrible news and I am so sorry for your profound loss. 36 years is both a lifetime together and a drop in the bucket. It is, perhaps, a testament to your kindness and your love for your husband, that as I sit here, typing this note, tears are running down my face for a man I've never met. With sincere condolences and love,
Becky, life seems to give us so many heart breaking experiences, but why is it the the loss of someone you love always seems to be more than one can handle? All your blog friends feel your pain and we are here for you. Don't be afraid to reach out. I am mentally reaching out and wrapping my arms around you and giving you a big hug.Remember,God needed Stan for a very important mission and his illness was just a way of letting you now a little ahead of time that he was needed .
