Skinnfell Classes
NEW! Skinnfell classes! If you would like to learn more about traditional Norwegian Skinnfell techniques and try your hand at wood block printing on tanned sheepskins, this is your opportunity to do so in a small class here in my Ogilvie, MN studio. We can do a half day Chair Pad class, a full day bench cover class, or a two day chair cover, couch throw, baby pouch class. You will probably have to finish stitching on your own at home, but I will guide you through the process of cutting the hide and stitching the seams. I will go over the meaning of the symbols and the traditional use for these beautiful handcrafted skins.
In-Person Classes:
I have listed the 2022 classes on my schedule below. Stay tuned for updates. Also, I will resume class sessions at my studio for vaccinated students.
If you are interested in coming to my studio for a class, or scheduling me to teach at your venue, just email me and we can set something up that works for both our schedules. I can open my studio classes up to the public or do individual sessions.

I love to share the magic and fun of felting with others. I have taught hundreds of students over the past decade. I never tire of seeing the students' enthusiasm when they create a piece using their own sense of color and style.
