Lots of ideas flow from the birdhouse pods. :)
A couple years ago I collected several interesting small trees that the sheep had pushed over in my pastures (love how they clear the underbrush). I chose the straight ones with cool root formations. One of these days they'll get used in a felt project. :-)Becky Utechthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08809607308191360481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30562945.post-80011588560870252982013-02-22T16:40:42.047-06:002013-02-22T16:40:42.047-06:00I just love that birdhouse - so cute! It would be cool to have a bunch of these hanging from it! Love the socks!Claire MWhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02603169881463831299noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30562945.post-49009458040870115782013-02-21T08:33:45.498-06:002013-02-21T08:33:45.498-06:00Thanks to Terri D. for the comment, but I don'...Thanks to Terri D. for the comment, but I don't know why it didn't show up on here. Strange!
I had to quickly knit up a pair of bed socks for my neighbor using Polarknit yarn I got from Louet. It's really soft and really warm. It knits up very fast at 2 sts per inch. The socks looks huge, but they are very comfy. I hope she likes them.Becky Utechthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08809607308191360481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30562945.post-10691456613448060602013-02-20T08:38:32.198-06:002013-02-20T08:38:32.198-06:00The bird nest and birds are lovely! I knit so slowly, it takes a long time to finish a pair. :)Terri D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/14969896256746578867noreply@blogger.com
